The bike is equipped with a lightweight tubular space frame made from chrome-molybdenum steel. The frame is combined with a high-quality die-cast swingarm which is ultra resistant to torsion.
The ride quality is assured by the KTM 690 SMC R’s WP upside-down fork, which offers a whole 250 mm of suspension travel and 48 mm outer tubes. Out back, you’ll find a pivot-arm articulated WP pressurised-gas monoshock which offers 250 mm of wheel travel. If you want to bring the bike to halt, you can rely with confidence on a set of capable Brembo brakes.
